Albert Stolow is the Canada Research Chair in Molecular Photonics and Professor of Physics & Chemistry at the University of Ottawa. He founded the Molecular Photonics Group within the National Research Council Canada (NRC) where he maintains an ongoing collaborative research program. Stolow is a Fellow of American Physical Society, the Optical Society of America (Optica), the Max-Planck-uOttawa Centre and the NRC-uOttawa Joint Centre for Extreme Photonics (JCEP).

His research interests include ultrafast quantum dynamics, quantum control, strong field physics of polyatomic molecules, coherent X-ray spectroscopy, and non-linear optical microscopy.
